Become a Registered Repair Facility
Do You Measure Up?
In the Denver/Boulder Emissions Program area, automotive repair shops do not need any special
license or certification to do emissions repairs. Any shop can take in I/M 240 emissions repair business.
But not just any shop can do them well!
If your shop does emissions repairs well, why not show us your stuff? Better yet, show your stuff
to 90,000 potential customers every year. Register to be included in the
Emissions Repair Guide that is distributed at the Air Care Colorado test centers to the owners
of every failing vehicle in the Denver metro area. That's about 90,000 per year.
The Emissions Repair Guide, published quarterly, lists repair shops by city, then by
repair score. Every shop in the book agrees to be graded on how good they are at emissions repairs. The
better you are, the better your chance to be at the top of the list and to catch the attention of potential
customers.
Inclusion in the Emissions Repair Guide is strictly voluntary. But if you're as good
as you think you are, why not register and tell it to thousands of potential customers?
If you would like to register, type your information in the boxes below, or call the Air Care
Colorado Hotline at 303-456-7090, to request a registration packet. A packet of information and registration
materials will be sent to you via snail mail.
