About Air Care Colorado Envirotest Envirotest Systems Corp., a subsidiary of Environmental Systems Products, Inc. (ESP), operates the Air Care Colorado emissions testing centers under contract to the State of Colorado. Envirotest Systems is a member of the Colorado Better Business Bureau.
